My method is unconventional in that I do not offer “one size fits all” packages.  I customize the package in accordance to your requirements.  If we embark on a long healing journey, we would require multiple sessions and that would be packaged differently from something that would require fewer sessions and an easy adjustment.




This can be done in person or digitally via Zoom and then recommendations will follow via email.

I will always be just a message or email away for quick clarifications. 

The Initial Consultations Includes Two Visits:


The first visit is an in-depth intake all about you! You are given access to the intake forms ahead of the meeting, fill them in at your leisure and send them to me.  At this point I would go through the information and set up a meeting.


During the second, I present you with a completely individualized plan to help you achieve all your personal goals, complete with diet + lifestyle recommendations, recipes and all the tools you need to succeed!


Follow up visits are usually used as check points any time after 6 weeks to gauge the progress and make any adjustments as needed.
